The production section has the most sophisticated machines made by renowned international manufacturers like Juki, Eastman, Pegasus and Kansai. To compliment this sophisticated production process, the finishing section has an Italian Perc dry cleaning plant, Mini Spotty - spot removing system and washing machines, boiler, steam irons, vacuum tables from Ramsons.

From sourcing of fabric to final finishing, each production stage is monitored by experienced quality control managers of the company to ensure that garments are made as per the exact specifications of our clients in terms of fabric, stitching, colours, trimming.

The production section has highly skilled workers and a highly conductive work environment. The company's new and ultra modern manufacturing facilities are spacious and offers absolutely hazard free atmosphere to its workers. It has its own backup power generation facilities for any power failure. The floor areas are clean, well lit and ventilated.

We have an installed capacity to manufacture 1,00,000 pieces of woven garments every month. Normal Lead time Yarn Dyed Woven Items : 12 to 16 weeks Plain Dyed Items : 10 to 12 weeks Minimum order quantities accepted 1000 pieces per style per pattern.
